As a Personal Trainer I can assist you in developing you and helping you to achieve goals and targets with your fitness. I am a strong believer that endurance training is not just about running but it plays a part in everyday life.


I am in a unique position in that I can apply my current learning, from the degree I am working on, to my training sessions in a way that can benefit you.


I can train with you at my personal dedicated studoio at Constantine, where I can provide 1-1 sessions or groups of up to 4 people. Alongside this, I have a private outdoor area that can be used during the summer. I access to a quiet friendly studio in Penryn, if that is more convenient for you.


I am keen to promote balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina throughout my training.
