Mat Attack

10 exercises, 5 rounds all on a MAT. Improves your core strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. Plank, Plank-Twist, Row and many other exercises that tone the body.


Circuits

Aimed at total body strength, balance, and co-ordination. 


Rev & Flow

Flavours of Pilates, Yoga, Balance & Strength Training taught in a relaxed, fun way with the use of music. Aimed at toning and strengthening the body whilst also improving flexibility, mobility, co-ordination and memory.


REFIT

A fun class  with a high cardio element. It uses aerobic style dance set to good tunes and also uses light hand weights to add a toning element. Freestyling and laughter is very much encouraged. It targets cardiovascular health and muscle endurance.


Stretching

All classes end with a gentle stretching session aiming to protect and maintain muscles, mobility and mind.
