About Me

About Me

Hello, I’m Mads and my mission is to inspire and to help you invest in yourself and your future fitness.

I am a certified Personal Trainer with a 1st Class Hons degree in Applied Sport and Health Science.

My training philosophy revolves around flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, mobility, and mindfulness. Helping to create fitness programs that are progressive and sustainable. I use evidence-based training techniques to ensure that clients get the most out of every workout. I am particularly passionate about thinking ahead and pre-hab. Science tells us what happens as we age: skills such as being able to balance become harder, and muscles get weaker. So let’s think ahead and train now.

I have helped many clients of all abilities and ages to achieve fitness goals and dreams. From strength training for athletes to avoid injury and improve speed and power to helping people get off the floor without using their hands.

As an individual, my main interests and passions are all things outdoors, running, walking with my dog, being immersed in nature, and gardening.
